Description
ARMOR Rx™ is an excellent product to use if the Slime Coat and/or scales of your koi fish has been damaged caused by abrasions from rocks, netting, injecting, parasites or breeding activity in your koi fish pond.

Directions & Dosage
Standard Dose: Use 5 mL (1 teaspoon) per 20 U.S. gallons (75 L) of pond water.
- Estimate your pond volume or the amount of new water being added.
- Shake bottle well before each use.
- Add the correct amount of Armor to a bucket or container of tap water, stir, then slowly pour around the pond or into the return flow.
- If dosing directly to the pond, add in an area of strong circulation.
Quick Dosage Guide (Standard Dose)
- 100 gallons – 25 mL (approximately 1 fl oz)
- 500 gallons – 125 mL (approximately 4 fl oz)
- 1,000 gallons – 250 mL (approximately 8 fl oz)
When to Use Armor
- Starting up a new pond or quarantine tank
- During water changes or when topping off with tap water
- When adding new koi or pond fish
- After netting, handling, transporting, or injecting fish
- Any time fish show damaged slime coat, frayed fins, or signs of stress
High Chlorine / Heavy Use Situations
- In areas with very high chlorine or chloramine levels, the dosage can be safely increased or repeated up to 5× the standard dose.
- Monitor fish closely; if any stress is observed, increase aeration and perform a small partial water change.
Measuring Tips
- The bottle cap (on most sizes) holds approximately 5 mL when filled level, which equals 1 teaspoon.
- Use multiple capfuls for larger ponds, or a marked measuring cup for convenience.
